Consolidated Human Services Building

This project will consist of the construction of a building that combines Onslow County’s Health Department and Department of Social Services programs into one complex. This 88,000 square foot, Consolidated Human Services Agency building will include spaces for open office configuration, private offices, high density file storage, conference and training spaces, as well as full clinic, laboratory, Pharmacy and many other health services functions. The three story facility holds the corner of College and Warlick Streets and preserves the urban context of the site, while creating a large open courtyard on the interior for outdoor functions such as farmers markets and education fairs.
