Smith Sinnett worked with the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Division to master plan the expansive Kerr Lake State Park. The park is spread out over forty miles with seven separate parks.

Over the years we have made improvements to all seven sites. Projects have included an administration and visitor’s education center, nature trails, and amphitheater, a pier, campsites, boat ramps, courtesy docks, community buildings, shower facilities, and swimming beach. This project involves four phases of additions and renovations to Kerr Lake State Park’s major campsites located within the 100 year floodplain.
