Project Description:

The Benjey Residence is located on a challenging site in Hillsborough and consists of 3,500 sq.ft. with a 1,100 sq.ft. unfinished basement and breezeway connection to a 500 sq.ft. garage.

Another full day of punch-listing at the Consolidated Human Services Agency Building in Onslow County yesterday.  Three Smith Sinnett team members reviewed every exterior face of the building, which is a surface area of over 98,000 SF including exterior walls, windows, building canopies, site walls, and the roof!

Les had a busy Tuesday [01/27/17], in Sneads Ferry, observing the Dixon Middle School construction progress. The school is scheduled for completion early summer, in preparations for the school year beginning in the fall.

Exterior Brick and grading is nearing completion and finishes have started being installed at the Consolidated Human Services Agency Building.  Project is slated for completion March 29^th, 2017.

RRGSD put out this video to update parents to the new traffic pattern, while the school is under construction. It features some a great fly-over of the site as well as our renderings of the final design.
