Smith Sinnett Architecture worked with the NC Board of Nursing to program, design, and construct their new home, a two-story, 22,000 square-foot building. This Raleigh building is equipped with offices, administrative spaces, multi-purpose meeting areas, learning rooms, boardroom, conference rooms, break rooms, and a mail center. This office building is a registered Energy Star facility offering a superior thermal envelope, high-efficiency windows, and incomparable views. The environmentally sensitive site development focused on saving wooded areas and the removal of water-borne pollutants away from the nearby stream.
