The 65-acre McLeansville Regional Readiness Center site consists of the master planning and construction of a 75,000 SF Readiness Center, a 30,000 SF Field Maintenance Shop, and supporting accessory buildings. This allows consolidation of multiple NCNG armories and their associative units from across the state into one campus, and provides a hub for serving the needs of the surrounding areas. Buildings include office space, classrooms, assembly hall, kitchen, physical fitness, locker rooms, unit storage, and maintenance bays. The Field Maintenance Shop will pursue Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
