The typical scope of work for these facilities consists of building renovations due to deferred maintenance, improvements for energy efficiency, removal of hazardous materials, and general upgrading of finishes. The goal of these renovations was to modernize and improve the building, so it can continue serving the NC National Guard for several years to come. In general, the majority of renovations focus on system replacements, reconfiguration of spaces, and finish upgrades. In addition, we reviewed the building for any path of egress issues, accessibility improvements and any other code related issue that needed to be addressed.
