This addition and renovation project includes master planning and programming for the entire Cary Town Campus. The design seamlessly merges new and existing structures to create a flowing 150,000 square foot Town Campus where citizens may easily access all of the Town’s resources from one central location.
The Campus includes a four-level parking structure, two completely renovated office buildings, site improvements and new construction. The two-level concourse, which acts as the public destination for all town services, adjoins the Council Chambers and conference areas with the town’s administrative departments, including a newly renovated Police Department.
The 50,000 square foot Police Department includes locker rooms, showers, animal control units, an armory, with evidence work rooms, 911 Center, and a sally port. This project was on time and under budget.
